Ingredients

  • 1 hen, skinned and cut up
  • 1 Tbsp. Parmesan
  • 1/2 Tbsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 Tbsp. oregano
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 Tbsp. oregano

Instructions

  1. Spray baking dish with Pam.
  2. Arrange chicken in dish. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon Parmesan, 1/2 tablespoon garlic powder and 1/2 tablespoon oregano.
  3. Bake, uncovered, for 30 minutes at 350°. Remove from oven and mix remaining ingredients.
  4. Pour off any liquid in baking dish, then pour the remaining mixture and return to oven.
  5. Cook 30 minutes.
  6. Serve over bed of egg noodles.
