Ingredients

  • 2 (6 oz.) pkg. pepperoni slices
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 3 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1 tsp. oregano
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper
  • 1 (29 oz.) can tomato sauce
  • 2 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. lasagna noodles
  • 3 c. Ricotta or cottage cheese
  • 1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 eggs, well beaten
  • 2 pkg. sliced Mozzarella

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, brown pepperoni slices and ground beef slowly, then drain excess fat.
  2. Add crushed garlic, oregano, 1 teaspoon salt, tomato sauce, and tomato paste to the skillet.
  3. Simmer uncovered for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions.
