- Line an 8-inch round cake pan with plastic wrap; lightly oil it.
- Process shredded cheddar cheese, softened cream cheese, and Russian-style dressing in a food processor until well blended.
- Spread the cheese mixture into the prepared pan.
- Cover and chill in the refrigerator for 2 hours or until firm.
- Use the ends of the plastic wrap to remove the cheese from the pan and invert onto a serving plate.
- Smooth the top and sides of the cheese with a small metal spatula.
- Use a toothpick to draw the outline of eyes, nose, and mouth of the Jack-O-Lantern.
- Fill in the outlines with black olives.
- Serve at room temperature.
