Ingredients

  • 3 cups finely chopped fresh mushrooms
  • 2 tablespoons margarine
  • 1/2 tablespoon garlic salt
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 (8 oz.) can crescent dinner rolls
  • 1 (3 oz.) package cream cheese softened
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Brown chopped mushrooms in margarine; stir in garlic salt, chopped onion, lemon juice, and Worcestershire sauce.
  3. Cook until liquid evaporates and mixture is thickened.
  4. Unroll crescent dinner rolls and fill each with a spoonful of the mushroom mixture and a small piece of softened cream cheese.
  5. Roll up the crescent dough around the filling and place on a baking sheet.
  6. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
