Jack Souffle
A cheesy, spinach-filled souffle featuring Monterey Jack and cottage cheese, perfect for a comforting vegetarian main or side dish with rich, savory flavors.

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Use a loaf pan for baking.
- Slice Monterey Jack cheese and layer half of it at the bottom of the pan.
- Add half of the chopped spinach over the cheese.
- Spread cottage cheese over the spinach.
- Add the remaining spinach on top of the cottage cheese.
- Place the remaining Monterey Jack cheese slices on top of the layered ingredients.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes until golden and heated through.
