A cheesy, spinach-filled souffle featuring Monterey Jack and cottage cheese, perfect for a comforting vegetarian main or side dish with rich, savory flavors.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 package frozen chopped spinach
  • 1/2 cup cottage cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Use a loaf pan for baking.
  3. Slice Monterey Jack cheese and layer half of it at the bottom of the pan.
  4. Add half of the chopped spinach over the cheese.
  5. Spread cottage cheese over the spinach.
  6. Add the remaining spinach on top of the cottage cheese.
  7. Place the remaining Monterey Jack cheese slices on top of the layered ingredients.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes until golden and heated through.
