Ingredients

  • 1 stick melted oleo
  • 1 egg
  • 1 yellow cake mix
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 lb. powdered sugar
  • 1/2 c. shortening
  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 1 c. white sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 1/3 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. soda
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Add to the above.
  2. Bake at 325° for 30 to 40 minutes.
  3. Double time if you double recipe.
  4. (Double all ingredients for oblong cake pan.)
  5. Ice while hot.
