Ingredients

  • 1 pkg lime gelatin
  • 1 cup hot water
  • 2 cups cold water
  • 1 (6 oz) can frozen lemonade
  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 1 bottle champagne or ginger ale

Instructions

  1. Dissolve the lime gelatin in hot water.
  2. Add cold water, frozen lemonade, and pineapple juice; blend well.
  3. Before serving, add champagne or ginger ale and ice cubes.
  4. Optional: Float strawberries on top before serving.
