Ingredients

  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 6 oz. shredded cheese
  • 2 tsp. dry sherry
  • 1/2 tsp. curry powder
  • 3/4 cup chopped chutney
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped green onions
  • 1/4 cup chopped peanuts
  • 4 to 6 slices cooked bacon

Instructions

  1. Mix the cream cheese, shredded cheese, sherry, and curry powder until well combined and form into a ball.
  2. Place the cheese ball in a rimmed serving dish and chill until firm.
  3. Mix the chutney and chopped green onions; pour over the chilled cheese ball.
  4. Sprinkle chopped peanuts and crumbled cooked bacon on top of the cheese ball.
  5. Serve with crackers.
