Ingredients

  • jalapeno hot peppers
  • 2 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 12 eggs

Instructions

  1. Pam a 13 x 9-inch Pyrex dish and line the bottom with drained, sliced jalapeno hot peppers.
  2. Grate the Cheddar cheese and sprinkle it on top of the peppers.
  3. Beat the eggs and pour them over the cheese layer.
  4. Bake at 325°F (160°C) for 25 minutes.
  5. Cool the dish and cut into 1-inch squares.
