Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 can chili with beans
  • 1 lb. Velveeta cheese
  • 1 pkg. tortilla chips

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Pour off any excess grease from the cooked beef.
  3. Mix the chili with beans into the cooked beef and heat through.
  4. Cut the Velveeta cheese into chunks to help it melt more easily.
  5. Add the cheese to the beef mixture and stir until melted and well combined.
  6. Serve the dip hot with tortilla chips. Keep leftovers refrigerated.
