Ingredients

  • 6 small potatoes
  • 1/2 lb sausage
  • 1 small onion
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 container Cheez Whiz

Instructions

  1. Fry the small potatoes and chopped onion together until tender and lightly browned.
  2. Fry the sausage until cooked through, then drain excess fat.
  3. In a large frypan, combine the cooked sausage and potatoes. Add sliced mushrooms if desired.
  4. Beat the eggs and pour them over the sausage and potato mixture in the frypan.
  5. Cook until the eggs are set, turning as needed to ensure even cooking.
  6. Add Cheez Whiz or cheese until melted throughout the concoction and serve hot.
