- In a medium bowl, mix ground turkey, salt, horseradish, shredded apple, grated onion, and 1 tablespoon of parsley flakes.
- Shape the mixture into four 1-inch thick patties.
- Spray a broiling rack with nonstick cooking spray; place the patties on the rack.
- Broil the patties 4 minutes, then turn them over and broil an additional 5 to 6 minutes until cooked through.
- Cut the pita bread into quarters, brush with corn oil, and sprinkle with the remaining parsley flakes.
- Broil the pita quarters for 1 to 2 minutes until lightly toasted.
- Serve the turkey burgers with the toasted pita and cole slaw with yogurt dressing.
