Ingredients

  • 1 box Jell-O (choice)
  • 1 cup hot water
  • 1 cup cold water
  • 2 cups strawberries, cut
  • 1 whole shortcake or angel food cake

Instructions

  1. Tear the angel food cake into pieces and place them in an oblong pan.
  2. Mix the Jell-O with 1 cup hot water until dissolved, then add 1 cup cold water.
  3. Pour the Jell-O mixture over the cake pieces and add the strawberries on top.
  4. Let the Jell-O set in the refrigerator, then top with whipped cream before serving.
