Ingredients

  • 3 oz. package jello (orange, lemon or lime)
  • 1 lb. carton small curd cottage cheese
  • 1 can pineapple chunks, drained
  • 1 can mandarin oranges, drained

Instructions

  1. Mix the dry jello with the cottage cheese.
  2. Add the drained pineapple chunks and mandarin oranges.
  3. Fold in Cool Whip.
  4. Chill overnight before serving.
