Jello Easter Eggs

Delightful coconut and nut-filled jello eggs coated with smooth milk chocolate, perfect for Easter celebrations or festive treats enjoyed by all ages.

Ingredients

  • 2 c. coconut
  • 1 c. chopped walnuts
  • 1 c. chopped almonds
  • 1 c. chopped pecans
  • 2/3 c. canned evaporated milk
  • 2 tsp. sugar

Instructions

  1. Mix milk, sugar, and jello thoroughly.
  2. Add nuts and coconut to the mixture.
  3. Form the mixture into egg shapes and chill until set.
  4. Melt milk chocolate in a double boiler.
  5. Pour the melted chocolate evenly over the chilled eggs.
  6. Refrigerate to harden the chocolate coating.
