Ingredients

  • 1 (6 oz.) pkg. lemon jello
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 1 (12 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1/2 to 1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 (12 oz.) Cool Whip

Instructions

  1. Mix the lemon jello in a 9 x 13-inch pan with hot water until dissolved.
  2. Add crushed pineapple (drained) and shredded Cheddar cheese to the jello mixture and stir until all liquid is absorbed.
  3. Refrigerate the mixture until set.
  4. Serve chilled, optionally with a topping of Cool Whip.
