Ingredients

  • 4 hard-cooked eggs
  • 1/3 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • sour cream
  • 1 small jar caviar

Instructions

  1. Mix the mashed eggs, butter, mayonnaise, chopped green onions, lemon juice, and salt until well combined.
  2. Line a small bowl with plastic wrap and pack the mixture into it.
  3. Chill in the refrigerator until firm.
  4. Unmold the mixture onto a serving plate.
  5. Spread sour cream over the top as frosting.
  6. Drain the jar of caviar well and spread it on top of the sour cream.
  7. Serve the dip with crackers.
