Ingredients

  • 1 (6 oz.) package wild strawberry Jell‑O
  • 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
  • 2 (10 oz.) packages frozen sliced strawberries
  • 2 large bananas
  • 1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese

Instructions

  1. Dissolve the Jell‑O in 1 ¾ cups of boiling water.
  2. Stir in the crushed pineapple and its juice.
  3. Add the frozen sliced strawberries and mix well.
  4. Refrigerate the mixture until it is slightly jelled.
  5. Spoon half of the mixture into a 9 × 13‑inch glass loaf pan.
  6. Slice bananas and arrange on top of the jelled layer.
  7. Refrigerate until the mixture is very firm before serving.
