Jello Pineapple Rings

Ingredients

  • 3 oz. Jell-O (any flavor)
  • 1 can sliced pineapple rings
  • 1 cup boiling water

Instructions

  1. Dissolve the Jell-O in boiling water.
  2. Drain the pineapple slices.
  3. Leave the pineapple in the can.
  4. Pour the prepared Jell-O into the pineapple can.
  5. Refrigerate overnight to set.
  6. Remove the bottom of the can.
  7. Run a knife between the can and the Jell-O on both ends.
  8. Let the Jell-O and pineapple slide out of the can.
  9. Slice between the pineapple rings to serve.
