Ingredients

  • 1 large pkg. orange jello
  • 1 c. boiling water
  • 1 small can orange juice, thawed
  • 1 small can crushed pineapple (use juice)
  • 2 small cans mandarin oranges (use juice)
  • 1 pkg. lemon instant pudding
  • 1 pkg. Dream Whip
  • 1 c. milk

Instructions

  1. Dissolve the orange jello in 1 cup boiling water.
  2. Add the thawed orange juice, crushed pineapple (with juice), mandarin oranges (with juice), and mix well.
  3. Pour the mixture into a ring mold and refrigerate until set, about 4 hours or until firm.
  4. Prepare the lemon instant pudding according to package instructions with 1 cup milk.
  5. Whip the Dream Whip until thick.
  6. Fold the whipped Dream Whip into the prepared lemon pudding.
  7. Unmold the jello ring onto a serving platter and fill the center with the pudding mixture.
  8. Serve chilled and enjoy.
