Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup canned pumpkin
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 1/3 cups Bisquick
  • 1 1/4 cups sugar
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup raisins

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
  2. Pour the batter into a greased pan.
  3. Bake at 375°F until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  4. Cool for 5 minutes, then cut into squares.
