Ingredients

  • 1 quart cabbage, shredded
  • 1/4 cup carrot, shredded
  • 1/4 cup green pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon jerk seasoning (see #91493 from Chia)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the cabbage, carrots & green peppers. Set aside.
  2. In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, sugar, vinegar & Jerk seasoning.
  3. Pour over cabbage mixture & toss well.
