Instructions
- Slice 1 onion in bottom of crock-pot.
- Add meat, lemon pepper season and cloves.
- Slice other onion on top of meat.
- Add vinegar and water; cook on low for 12 hours.
- After 12 hours, drain meat (most of liquid off) and add brown sugar and barbecue sauce.
- Cook for 6 more hours on low.
