Ingredients

  • 1 box chopped broccoli
  • 2 boxes Jiffy corn bread mix (nothing else)
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 (12 oz.) carton cottage cheese
  • 1 1/2 sticks butter, melted (or margarine)

Instructions

  1. Mix all together.
  2. Bake at 450° for 25 minutes.
