Ingredients

  • 1 lb hamburger
  • 1 package Sloppy Joe mix
  • tomato paste
  • 1 can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 2 cups grated cheese
  • 8 oz. package elbow macaroni

Instructions

  1. Boil the macaroni according to package directions.
  2. Brown the hamburger and drain excess fat.
  3. Add the Sloppy Joe mix and tomato paste or sauce according to the package directions.
  4. Mix the drained macaroni, hamburger mixture, and drained corn.
  5. Use half of the grated cheese in the mixture.
  6. Pour the mixture into a casserole dish.
  7. Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top.
  8. Bake at 350°F for 30 to 35 minutes until heated through and cheese is melted.
