Ingredients

  • 4 qt. bread crumbs
  • 4 c. celery, sliced fine
  • 4 c. onion, sliced fine
  • 1 Tbsp. sage
  • 4 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. white pepper
  • 2 c. butter
  • 4 c. chicken stock
  • parsley flakes

Instructions

  1. Saute onion, celery and seasonings in butter until translucent.
  2. Add stock; fold in bread crumbs.
  3. Season cavity with salt and pepper.
  4. Stuff bird.
