- Save 1/2 cup of each cheese for topping.
- Mix and beat eggs in a large bowl.
- Add cottage cheese, Jack cheese, Cheddar cheese, crushed crackers, chopped green chilies, and chopped ham to the eggs. Mix well.
- Pour the mixture into a buttered or Pam-sprayed 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 40 to 45 minutes, covered with foil.
