Ingredients

  • 8 c. flour (1/2 white and 1/2 whole wheat)
  • 1/3 c. teff (optional) *
  • 1/4 c. warm water
  • 2 Tbsp. yeast
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cube margarine, melted
  • 1 c. powdered milk solids
  • 3/4 c. honey
  • 2 c. warm water

Instructions

  1. *Teff is an Ethiopian grain high in protein and calcium. Gives nice taste.
  2. Can be purchased at health food stores here in Moses Lake.
