Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. soda
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 (No. 2) can undrained crushed pineapple
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 c. pecans

Instructions

  1. Mix sugar, flour, soda and salt together.
  2. Add eggs and pineapple.
  3. Pour into greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
  4. Spread on brown sugar and pecans.
  5. Bake at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes.
