Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 5 lb potatoes
  • white sauce

Instructions

  1. Boil and peel potatoes.
  2. When cool, cut into slices.
  3. Grease casserole dish with margarine.
  4. Layer sliced potatoes in the dish, then cover with a layer of white sauce and 2/3 cup Swiss cheese.
