Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
  • 1/4 cup crumbled Blue cheese
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 cup celery sticks, cut 2 inches long
  • 1 cup carrot sticks, cut 2 inches long
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1 cup zucchini sticks, cut 2 inches long

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, blend together mayonnaise or salad dressing and Blue cheese.
  2. Add milk and lemon juice, beating until smooth. Chill.
