Ingredients

  • 2 cans green chillies, chopped
  • 4 to 5 fresh tomatoes, chopped
  • 6 green onions, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp oil
  • 2 Tbsp vinegar
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • jalapeno relish (hot to taste)

Instructions

  1. Mix the chopped green chillies, fresh tomatoes, and green onions in a bowl.
  2. Add 1 tablespoon of oil and 2 tablespoons of vinegar to the mixture.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Stir in jalapeno relish to add heat, adjusting to your spice preference.
  5. Chill the salsa in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
  6. Serve with Doritos or Tostitos.
