Katherine'S Salad
Ingredients
Instructions
- Mix vinegar and oil.
- Add olives, artichokes and mushrooms. Stir gently and chill.
- When ready to serve, fill a large salad bowl with crisp lettuce.
- Pour marinated mix over salad greens. Slice onion, tomato and cucumber on top.
- Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
- Serve with the following dressing.
