Ingredients

  • 20 oz. can chunk pineapple
  • 11 oz. can mandarin oranges
  • Maraschino cherries
  • 2 bananas, sliced
  • 1 small box vanilla pudding

Instructions

  1. Drain the pineapple and mandarin oranges, reserving 1 cup of their juice.
  2. In a saucepan, combine the reserved juice and vanilla pudding, then cook until it forms a glaze.
  3. Allow the mixture to cool slightly, then pour it over the prepared fruits.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a 13 x 9-inch pan and refrigerate until chilled and set.
  5. Serve cold as a refreshing dessert.
