Ingredients

  • 1 package onion soup mix
  • 1 small jar apricot preserves
  • 6 oz bottle Russian dressing
  • 2 chickens, cut up

Instructions

  1. Wash and drain the chickens.
  2. Place the chickens on a large, greased cookie sheet or pan.
  3. Brush the chicken pieces with the onion soup mix, Russian dressing, and apricot preserves mixture until coated.
  4. Bake in a 350°F (175°C) oven for 1 1/2 hours.
  5. Occasionally brush the mixture onto the chicken during baking.
