Ingredients

  • 1 yellow cake mix
  • 1 1/2 sticks butter
  • 2 1/2 cups quick oats
  • 1 small jar jam

Instructions

  1. Mix the cake mix, butter, and oats until crumbly.
  2. Press half of the mixture into a greased 9x13-inch pan.
  3. Mix jam with water and spread it evenly over the first layer.
  4. Press the remaining half of the mixture on top of the jam layer.
  5. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20 minutes.
  6. Cool completely and cut into bars.
