- Mix the cake mix, butter, and oats until crumbly.
- Press half of the mixture into a greased 9x13-inch pan.
- Mix jam with water and spread it evenly over the first layer.
- Press the remaining half of the mixture on top of the jam layer.
- Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20 minutes.
- Cool completely and cut into bars.
