Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Cornmeal
  • 2 Cups Flour
  • 1/2 Cup Sugar
  • 2 Tbsp Baking Powder
  • 1 Tsp Salt
  • 2 Large Eggs
  • 2 Cups Milk
  • 1/3 Cup Oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425° F. Mix all ingredients, pour into a greased 9x13" pan and bake for 25 to 30 minutes or when a toothpick comes out clean.
