Ingredients

  • 1 avocado
  • 1 tsp mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp salsa
  • 1/4 medium onion
  • 1 tsp lemon or lime juice
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Mash the avocado with a fork until smooth.
  2. Mix in mayonnaise, salsa, finely chopped onion, lemon or lime juice, salt, and pepper.
  3. Adjust seasonings to taste.
  4. Serve immediately or cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate to hold.
  5. Serve with chips, tacos, burritos, fajitas, or other favorites.
