Instructions
- Mix flour, yeast and water; put in bowl, cover top with olive oil; let rise for 2 hours.
- Divide into thirds; put into large greased pizza pan.
- Put 1 can tomato sauce on each one.
- Sprinkle with oregano, Parmesan and grated Mozzarella, then anything else you want (green peppers, onions, black olives, sausage, hamburger, mushrooms, anchovies, etc.).
- Bake at 350° until slightly brown on bottom.
- Do not overbake.
