Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cups rice
  • chopped parsley
  • 1 hard-boiled egg
  • 1/2 large can salmon

Instructions

  1. Cook the rice and drain well.
  2. Flake the salmon into small pieces.
  3. Add the flaked salmon to the cooked rice and leave for 5 minutes to steam through.
  4. Turn the mixture into a serving dish.
  5. Sprinkle with finely chopped parsley.
  6. Top with chopped hard-boiled egg before serving.
