- In a saucepan, heat milk, butter and flour until mixture thickens (boils).
- Meanwhile, saute green pepper and mushrooms until tender.
- When milk mixture thickens, add chicken or turkey, green pepper, mushrooms, pimento, mushroom soup and peas.
- Serve over rice, toast or pastry cup.
