Ingredients

  • 2 lb. ground chuck
  • 2 cans Ranch Style beans
  • 1 lb. Velveeta cheese
  • 1 lb. block chili
  • 1/2 pt. whipping cream
  • 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground chuck meat and drain excess fat.
  2. Put all ingredients into a crock-pot and mix well.
  3. Cook on low heat for 2 to 3 hours, stirring occasionally.
  4. Serve the mixture over nacho chips and top with tossed salad.
