Ingredients

  • 5 lb. potatoes
  • 1/2 cup parsley
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 (6 oz.) can evaporated milk
  • 16 to 20 slices American cheese

Instructions

  1. Peel and cube the potatoes, then boil until very soft.
  2. Drain the water from the potatoes.
  3. Mix the milk, butter, parsley, American cheese slices, and potatoes with an electric beater until well mixed and creamy.
