- Bitter gourd Clean and cut in to slices add little salt and turmeric to reduce bitterness
- Slice onion, chop garlic, in pan heat oil and add jeera seeds then add sliced onion and garlic stair for few minutes then add sliced bitter gourd and cover wit a lid, occasionally keep stirring till the bitter gourd becomes crispy.
- Have this dish with steaming Rice before starting main dish
