Ingredients

  • 1/2 stick margarine
  • 1 large onion
  • a few drops Tabasco sauce
  • 1 cabbage
  • 1 large bell pepper
  • 1 can stewed tomatoes
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Add chopped cabbage, sliced bell pepper, chopped onion, and stewed tomatoes to 1 1/2 cups of water in a pot.
  2. Bring to a boil and then reduce heat to simmer.
  3. Add margarine and a few drops of Tabasco sauce.
  4. Cook until vegetables are tender and flavors meld, about 15-20 minutes.
