Ingredients

  • 2 c. sifted flour
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 2 tsp. soda
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 c. crushed pineapple
  • 1 c. nuts

Instructions

  1. Mix the sugar, eggs and oil together.
  2. Mix the baking soda and flour mixture.
  3. Beat by hand.
  4. Add the pineapple and nuts and mix lightly.
  5. Pour batter into a greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 35 minutes or until done.
  6. This cake is very moist.
