Ingredients

  • 1 ring kielbasa
  • 6 oz white horseradish (prepared)
  • 16 oz can red beets (whole)
  • 2 Tbsp sugar
  • 2 Tbsp vinegar (white)
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Grate the red beets and let them drain, then mix with prepared horseradish.
  2. Mix the sugar and white vinegar together.
  3. When the sugar has dissolved, combine the mixture with the beets and horseradish, then add salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Arrange slices of kielbasa on a platter and serve with the beet and horseradish dip. It can also be used as a condiment for ham.
