Ingredients

  • 2 to 3 pkg. kielbasa
  • 1 large onion
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 3 to 4 large apples

Instructions

  1. Place the kielbasa, sliced onion, brown sugar, and peeled diced apples into a crock-pot.
  2. Cover and cook on high for 3 hours.
  3. Uncover and cook on low for an additional 1 hour.
