- Brown onion and bell pepper in 1 tablespoon butter.
- Add ground beef and brown.
- Add garlic powder.
- Pour in bouillon, barbecue sauce, rice and catsup.
- Add peas; cover and simmer on low for 10 to 15 minutes.
- While this is simmering, slice wieners and boil them.
- When rice mixture is cooked, make a well or hole in middle and top with drained wieners.
- Cover wieners with additional barbecue sauce.
