Ingredients

  • 1 onion
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
  • 2 c. beef bouillon
  • 3/4 c. barbecue sauce
  • 2 c. Minute rice
  • 1 c. catsup
  • 1 can LeSueur peas
  • 6 wieners
  • 1 Tbsp. butter

Instructions

  1. Brown onion and bell pepper in 1 tablespoon butter.
  2. Add ground beef and brown.
  3. Add garlic powder.
  4. Pour in bouillon, barbecue sauce, rice and catsup.
  5. Add peas; cover and simmer on low for 10 to 15 minutes.
  6. While this is simmering, slice wieners and boil them.
  7. When rice mixture is cooked, make a well or hole in middle and top with drained wieners.
  8. Cover wieners with additional barbecue sauce.
