Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb. lean lamb, ground
  • 1/2 tsp. ground coriander
  • 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
  • 2 tsp. fresh mint, chopped
  • 2 tsp. cilantro or parsley, chopped
  • mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. Mix ground lamb with ground coriander, ground cumin, chopped mint, and chopped cilantro or parsley.
  2. Shape the mixture into tiny, oval-shaped nuggets and thread two nuggets onto each cocktail toothpick.
  3. Broil or barbecue the kofta kabobs for 10 minutes until cooked through and browned.
